Why we process data
We process data to provide the DoseTrail service, enable optional patient–doctor collaboration, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
Who can see your data
Your data is visible to you. Doctors you authorize may see the patient data you share with them. Platform administrators may access data only as needed for operations, support, and security.
Doctor access and revocation
Patients control doctor access through invitations and access management. You may revoke a doctor’s access at any time within the app.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secure infrastructure. Retention periods will be defined in the final privacy policy; during beta, data is kept while your account is active unless deletion is requested.
Your GDPR rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing where applicable. Contact us to exercise these rights.
